Telehealth (including via the His Clinic™ platform) is used to treat patients remotely. While every effort is made to

ensure my consultations via the His Clinic™ telehealth platform are as thorough as possible, it is always advisable to

see your regular doctor and have a face to face consultation in lieu of a telehealth consultation, where possible. The

length of the initial text-based consultation is usually around 5-10 minutes.

The His Clinic™  telehealth platform is not your only option to access these medical services. While the His Clinic™

telehealth platform offers the benefit of convenience, the fees may be higher than alternate care options that are

available to you.
